Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your print arrives damaged or if there’s an error with your order, contact me (hollyemilycharlton@gmail.com) within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Refunds: For approved claims of damaged or incorrect items, you’ll receive a full refund, or a replacement, at no additional cost.

Processing Time: Refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days after your claim is approved.

Returns: As each print is custom-made and signed, I am unable to accept returns for change of mind.
Pick up your artwork from 72 Leonora Drive, Ballito, KZN, or opt for delivery. I use Pudo for nationwide delivery:

Delivery Areas: I deliver across South Africa to your door.

Delivery Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, Pudo deliveries typically take 2–4 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery Costs: A flat shipping fee of R90 applies to all orders. Free delivery is available for orders over R700.
